- Book a table (where applicable)

Members can:
- Register themselves and a group of other people

- Book a table (where applicable)
The Registration process is made up of the following steps:
- Select the type of registration (from the list above)
- Enter the contact details (and the details of any other people if doing a group or table registration)
- Add items to the cart and change quantities of items in the cart
- Enter a billing address
- Select a payment type
- Enter payment details (if applicable)
- Submit the registration
