Order Processing

Association Online provides integrated eCommerce processes for essential function such as paying Membership fees and Registering to attend Events. Managing eCommerce (shopping cart) transactions is made simple via a central Order Administrtation area:

  • searchable order management interface for all eCommerce transactions via the shopping cart
  • Invoice created and emailed, stored for future reference
  • transaction processing with automated emails and email log
  • download transaction file for transfer to accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, etc)
  • ordering history recorded against Member
